Exchange & Return Policy:

1. THE CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGING - RETURNING ITEMS?

• Not the right type, model, or quantity as agreement.
• Unsatisfied quality such as spilled, broken, scratched, scratched, dented product labels and packaging.

2. EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCEDURES:

• Defective products must be returned with complete packaging and accessories therefor.
• For distributors, when exchanging, it is necessary to have all documents: including vouchers, purchase invoices, and pictures of defective products taken at the time of receipt of goods by buyers.
• In case the above conditions are not met, the right to decide to exchange goods belongs to Quoc Co Quoc Nghiep Co., Ltd.

3. EXCHANGE & RETURN TIME:

When the customer discovers the defect of the product, the customer is allowed to request the supplier to exchange the product within 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

4. NO EXCHANGE & RETURN WHEN: 

• Customers want to change the type and model but do not notify in advance.
• Incomplete packaging and accessories included. 

For distributors without vouchers, Purchase Invoice.
